From June 14, 2018 - Avocado dip, cheese balls, and cheese straws
Avocado Dip - Martyna M. Mclean, Salem County Cookbook p. 9
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. Ac'cent (MSG)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp horse-radish
- 1 small onion, grated
Directions:
Blend well together in a bowl. Chill. Serve with crackers or potato chips.
